Dalton and Wade is excited to present the 3rd installment of our Whiskey-Bourbon Dinner Series.
For this event, we will be welcoming Jack Daniels and their Brand Ambassador Jake Sherbrooke. Jake will take us through the history of Jack Daniels, the distillery and what the brand has planned for the near future.
Guests will enjoy appetizers followed by a Four (4) course meal, perfectly paired with a selection of Jack Daniel's finest.
This event will be $100 per guest which includes tax and gratuity.
1) Salmon Tartar:
Salmon Tartar, Smoked Cream Cheese, Caraway Vinaigrette, Chili Oil, Toasted Rye.
2) Roasted Vegetable Salad:
Roasted zucchini and Yellow Squash, Grape Tomatoes, Asparagus, Rocket Arugula, Charred Lemon Vinaigrette, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds.
3) Lamb Chops:
Grilled Lamb Chops, Chimi churri, Vanilla Butternut Squash Puree, Smoked Fingerling Potatoes, Wilted Spinach, Pickled Squash.
4) Chocolate Cake:
Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Izzy Vanilla Ice Cream.
